A Decade of Turning Dreams into Government Jobs
Phani Online Coaching Center was built on one belief — that every sincere aspirant deserves expert guidance, not just content. Since 2015, we've been that guide.
Our Story
Phani Online Coaching Center was founded in 2015 by Phani Kumar, a former SSC topper who understood firsthand the gap between what aspirants needed and what was available. Starting with a single batch of 30 students in Hyderabad, the vision was simple — structured coaching, honest guidance, and a faculty that genuinely cares.
Over the next decade, that vision grew into one of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh's most trusted online coaching platforms. Today, we serve over 15,000 students across India, with dedicated batches for SSC, IBPS, and SBI exams — all delivered through live online classes, recorded lectures, and a rigorous mock test series.
What hasn't changed is our core promise: every student who joins Phani Coaching gets the same quality of attention, material, and mentorship — whether they're in Hyderabad or a small town in Andhra Pradesh. We believe geography should never be a barrier to a government job.
Mission & Values
Student First
Every decision we make — from batch timings to study material — is driven by what's best for the student, not what's convenient for us.
Honest Guidance
We tell students the truth about their preparation level, the exam difficulty, and realistic timelines. No false promises, ever.
Accessible Excellence
World-class coaching shouldn't be limited to metro cities. We bring the same quality to every aspirant, wherever they are.
Continuous Improvement
Our faculty updates material every year, tracks exam pattern changes, and refines teaching methods based on student feedback and results.
